All new starter loc, loc extensions and instant loc clients are required to book a consultation.

New clients who are coming in for a silk press or weave service will receive a consultation upon arrival.

You may reschedule your appointment using the deposit once. Please reschedule up to 48 hours in advance.

Forfeited Deposit: No call/no-show and same day/24 hour cancellation

Deposits are applied to service total and are nonrefundable and nontransferable to another client.

You may reschedule once using same deposit unless within 24 hours of services.

There is a 15 minute grace period. At the 16 minute and up to 30 minutes late, if time is available to complete the service, you have the option to pay $25 late fee or reschedule to the next available date.

If you choose to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded.

Sister locs, micro locs, micro loc extensions, wicks, locs combining, locs reattachments, invisible loc styles, loc styles with weaves, loc comb out or color services.

Confirmation emails are sent out immediately after booking. If you do not receive one, please send a text including your name and email to have it corrected.

Reminder email & text are sent 24 hours before your appointment.

Due to limited seating, please avoid additional guest unless being serviced, with the exception of parents accompanying their children.
